The first unit's nozzles didn't mist properly. There was major leaking where the nozzles threaded into the manifold. The vendor actually contacted me and sent me a replacement promptly. The replacement works wonderfully.Great product and fantastic customer service.

I ordered one for my chicken coop and upon twisting it, because it's flexible and can wrap around things, it broke off at the base connection. I honestly thought it must have been missing a piece in it's construction, because there's no way they would release the product as I received it with the features mentioned, if it could break this easily.The replacement came, I twisted it to perform the same basic function and it broke again in the exact same way. Seriously, just a POS product. The way it's attached to the unit that connects to the hose is just inherently brittle and faulty. They should honestly discontinue the product until it's fixed.

It is smaller and not as stiff as I thought it would be but for the price I think it worth the money.

Very easy to install, bends and stays well. At first it was really awesome, however, it gets you wet, not “misted”. So I used it for my dogs in the grass instead, and they loved it. However, it stopped working after a few uses. I tried cleaning it and flushing it out, but it just no longer misted after about eight uses.

This is a must have for summer. I wrapped it around a fence post and was able to enjoy my patio. I had to move it to another post and one of the brass inserts disappeared so I contacted the seller inquiring about buying more inserts and the seller responded right away and sent replacement part.Be careful with the little lever to adjust the water flow, it comes off fairly easily, but it goes back on easy enough.

First one we ordered was broken on delivery, probably a sign. Second one works but does leak at where the bendable hose of the mister connects to the plastic connector to the hose. The mis keeps you cool, however this is way too expensive for what it is. I don't find it likely to last the season due to it already leaking, the first one being broken on delivery and the light weight feelof the hose component. The head appears to be brass with plastic inserts for the nozzles. For the cost and the build quality it should be a peak of three.

Bought this for when my garden was set up. Took a month. Used for the first time today and broke within 1 minute!! The hose popped out of the crimped hose connector - it’s rubber a piece, soft rubber. It can’t handle the pressure of the water. Very sad, was looking forward to misting my plants without having to stand there. Return window closed. Do not recommend

We bought this before we left on vacation. The day before we were going to leave it broke the valve that turns it on and off fell off and it came apart where it connects to the hose. Couldn’t do anything about it we had to leave we were gone for a while. I bought this item for my turtle so while he’s walking through the yard he can have some water. What the new update is they reached out to me and offered me a replacement. So far it has been working well and no problems. I will update if need be.
