So I had to rate this mascara! I must say it is the best that I have used! I have use serveral different kinds. From the more expensive ones, the dual primer/mascara, tubing, fiber, and list goes on. With all types of different and weird wands. But the formula for this mascara is outstanding! It is not dry, hard or clumpy, it really is waterproof and it doesn't smudge even after hours of wearing it. I forgot to take it of lastnight and I went to bed with it on. Even with a sleeping mask on, it had minimal smudge! I was impressed! The wand is great! It really separates and costs the lashes and makes them look huge!This mascara will not curl your lashes that much and when applying be careful because the wand is big and it's easy to get a little on you lid. But still worth buying 100%! Your lashes will look amazing and the price is crazy! I don't see myself buying any other mascara after using this.

Amazing mascara I wore it to the beach and did not smudge at all and made my lashes look so good and it’s only 8 dollars

There was a lot of hype about this mascara and it is a good mascara, but it’s not the best probably won’t buy it again

I had this mascara and liked how it looked but I would get "racoon eyes" halfway through the day. So I bought the waterproof version. Wore it today and it smudged just as badly. Upon inspection, both the regular mascara and the one that came in the "waterproof" packaging are the same (see picture). Neither tube says "waterproof" anywhere on the actual tube either so I cannot tell the 2 products apart. So it seems a regular version of the mascara is packaged in the "waterproof" packaging. I will still wear it but not when I need to wear a product all day without smudging.

Love love this stuff.Elf mascara Is better than my $20. Brand. Makes lashes stand out without clumps. Great and the price is a good deal as well.

Love this mascara ! I don’t have black under my eyes, even when I sweat, heavily or cry! It also comes off pretty easily. I have sensitive eyes and some mascara bother them, but this one doesn’t at all . Great price will definitely purchase again.

First, I LOVE ELF products. I use pretty much all ELF: primer, highlighter, blush, contour, concealer, lipstick, shadow, liner, etc: I love them.So I decided to try the mascara but it was flaky and smears. I wasn’t working out or outdoors, just wearing regular makeup to the office and my eyes were smudged and flakes kept getting in my eyes. Also, my eyelashes curl nicely with other mascaras but with this one, they were droopy and flat even after curling. My eyes were irritated from the flakes so I had to toss.

I’m already a huge fan of e.l.f. products, and the Big Mood Waterproof Mascara just confirmed why! This mascara gives my lashes amazing volume and length without clumping, and the waterproof formula truly holds up all day—no smudging, even through humidity or a long day at work.
