They serve the purpose
I assumed the red part was rubberized or had some coating to help with grip. That’s not the case it’s just two different colors of hard plastic. They serve the purpose and get the job done.

For large hands, heavy duty strap and great price
Little large for my hands. Diameter of center is large as well as length. Plenty strong but are plastic handles. Comfortable but large as stated. Mine do not have uncomfortable seam as other reviewer

Versatile handles.
As they are, there is some flex and they are not the strongest handles, but I was able to improve them and turn them into a great set of calisthentics handles.

Sturdy and light
I don’t use heavy weights with these, but they are plenty sturdy enough for pulling 40. They are not as heavy as the ones the gym has, and slightly less comfortable. Straps are super strong and allow sliding in the handle when you want it. I use these and cheap carabiners from Walmart because my cheap gym can’t keep theirs around
