An extremely useful tester.
They keep improving these things. I find myself reaching for this tester more often than my multimeter.Especially now that the tester can read voltages up to 30 volts. At around $16 this is well worth it. You will not be disappointed.

Seems good - start with searching for GM328A Manual
Played with it for some time. Out of box, was giving some strange values (maybe user error)Had to google "GM328A manual", and checked some pdf's to figure out how to use. Once calibrated, seems to be working great

Works well. Product description needs improvement
FeaturesFirst, It can measure inductance, capacitance and resistance accurately. I compared the value with the ones measured by my multimeter. And the values are close. Second, it can tell you the pin out of transistors and diodes very accurately.Third, another thing It can become a signal generator and can measure dc clock frequency.Fourth, it can also measure DC voltage. Finally, It can measure temperature when connected to temperature sensors.1. What I like about it.It comes fully assembled. It works well, has a lot of features, and is easy to use. The price is very good for what it does.2. I wish the following.First It would be helpful if the kit came with calibration components, for example, a 100nf capacitor. Second the product description was not very clear. I had to look at a few other similar product descriptions to decide whether it will meet my needs. Finally, It would be helpful if it came with power supplies.

Great tool
Exactly as described!

The product That was sent to me as not the same as pictured!
The reason for the changes is that this is a later revision of this product. This tester does work most of the time. This tester is worth the very low price.I would buy it again.

Unable to use without calibration, calibration pieces not included!
This transistor tester requires you obtain a capacitor separately in order to make it work. Without the capacitor, you will not be able to calibrate the device. Without calibration, it will not function. There is no mention of this in the product listing, and communication with the seller verified they intentionally do not include this resistor. I had to request a calibration guide from them to even find the capacitor size as there are no instructions included with the device or on the product page. There are other sellers that include all the necessary parts for a negligible amount more and also include a plexiglass case. I highly recommend you buy one of those instead. In case you do not heed this warning, calibration instructions are provided below:The self test can be prepared by connecting all three test point together and pushing of the RPEWS, the color of the Tester’s LCD will change to white font and black background. Prompt string “Selftest mode..?”, To begin the self test, the RPEWS must be pressed again within 2 seconds, else the tester will continue with a normal measurement. Now self test is start, the tester will prompt you for next step. Wait for a time until Prompt string “isolate Probes!”, at that time remove the connecting of the three test point. Tester will wait , until it’s sense the disconnect. Then Tester continue the self test process. If this is the first time use self test(the Transistor Tester is assemble by yourself from scratch ), Tester will soon Prompt string “ 1-||-3 > 100nf” , A capacitor with any capacity between 100nF and 20µF connected to pin 1 and pin 3 is required for the last task of calibration, You should connect the capacitor, not before this text is shown. With this capacitor the offset voltage of the analog comparator will be compensated for better measurement of capacity values.

Convenient, easy to use.
May not be accurate, but gives a ballpark reading good enough for sorting out components.

I wish I would have had one of these when I was getting started in electronics .
hands down the best piece of test equipment you can own. If you're a newbie or an old timer like me, it's a great tool to have handy.
