Bought this microwave and it is beautiful! We had a small issue, but the brands customer support was very fast to address it and make sure we had everything we needed! 10 out of 10 if you were looking for a microwave that will stand out this is the one plenty of options for cooking and very simple to use! Installation is also a breeze! This thing is super cool

Very happy with this product, even tho, I ordered it by mistake... lol seems to work great... love the way it tells me my food or beverage is "good" when it's done! Haha would definitely ordered again if or when needed! Shipping was also a plus. Came super quick...

Works really well

When the handy man arrived to instal microwave he found a dent in upper right side. First I would advise anyone who purchase a product and is going to have it installed to open package and inspect product. It would have saved me a big headache. The company did make good on the dent. I would say their mistake although it wasn't A mistake. This product was shipped back from another customer and the company turned around and shipped it to me. Not a good thing to do. They r to return $50. I will let u know if that happens. I had to jump a few hoops for them to make the offer. The last thing I sent them was a screen shot of another person saying they returned item with dent. That being said the product works very nicely. It is easy to use. Have to get used to the power. Its the difference between a small engine care and a big engine. There is a card board cover on the inside on the right side. Keep that there. Its to keep it from short circuiting. The fan is strong and there are two speeds. Last it is a lot quieter than my last one. I have only used the microwave six days, so far it runs good. I would definitely recommend it. Just be sure to take it out of the box and check it thoroughly.

OTR Microwave failed 2 weeks after Amazon return window closed.Customer service is nonexistent. I was directed to send the invoice and picture of serial plate to a specific email. I received a reply from that address telling me I sent to the wrong address directing me to another Gasland email address. Problem described as unit operates properly with the exception of no heating of food. I received a response from that email address saying they needed a video and my shipping address, which was clearly present on the invoice I sent, (basic warranty runaround). I ended up removing the unit and shipping it back to their South Carolina address and denying the charge on my CC. GOOD LUCK IF YOU BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Customer support is excellent. I needed a replacement filter because I broke one while cleaning. The company graciously replaced it within a few days at no cost.Easy to deal with.

I opened it up as soon as I got it and saw no damage to I bought this for a new home I was buying and hadn't checked it to see if it was working during the Amazon 30 day period. Finally got the house 2 months later. Unboxed it paid an electrician to help me install it, and remove old one. Got it hooked up turned on the breaker and heard some beeps and light on the inside of microwave was on. Called customer support they said the child lock was on, and to hold stop off button for 30 seconds. Nope that wasn't it. Tried turning off the breaker 3x. That didn't work. Tried to push the preference button to see if child lock was on, Nope. Light is still on inside. Pushed 1min on pad pressed start still won't start. Emailed support they turned it over to their engineering team that was 4 days ago , nothing back from engineering team. So I see Lowes sells the same one. If I don't hear back from the engineering team soon I will buy a different brand from a brick and Mortar. Do yourself a favor and do the same at least you can check if something works right in the store. Would give this a zero, but at least someone talked to me from there customer support.Update. 4 months after purchase they sent me a new on even though after 90 days they didn't have to, by their return policy. They told me to just throw away the defective unit. So at least I did have to pay shipping to return it. Will be doing business with them again since they honor their products.
