I like the product,i used it for maybe 9 months and it has been the best keyboard I've used so far and the clicks are just mmmm crispy and it lasted with me with no facing any kind of trouble

So far so good.Its always a gamble with refurbished products; but I've been using Razer products for over a decade now and have come to find that their quality standards are universal across all their products and services. Keyboard arrived flawless, packaging wasn't amazing, but my keyboard is. Spilled soda on my brand new Razer Blackwidow Ultimate, as I knew that wasn't going to be covered by my warranty, I saw this refurbished keyboard on sale for about 60 bucks which the brand new is a little over a hundred dollars retail. Great deal for a great product. If the Chroma wasn't so expensive I'd probably purchase that, but it would have to be with the Green switches as the Yellow switches just don't do it for me.

Very nice design. Great feedback. Convenient USB and audio jack built in. I own two of these now very satisfied with the build quality.

seems to work just fine, however i do like my 2014 version better.

I decided to roll the dice and purchased a "certified refurbished" Razer Blackwidow 2016 Ultimate mechanical keyboard. It came today, in a box that was noticeably not sealed on either side. I plugged it in, and was met by the bright green back-lighting. I attempted to Google "razer blackwidow 2016 lighting controls", but only got as far as "razer blackwidow 206....", because the "1" key wasn't working. Also not working, caps lock and left shift. Most of the other keys seemed to work, but I didn't remotely try all of them.Also, some keys were noticeably less clicky than others, although I don't know if that is an indication of wear or not.I'll be returning it promptly.

I got what I expected and paid for. It does it’s job with no issues.

Works as the keyboard should. No stickers though, but no big deal when youre saving money by buying a renewed item.

The bump feels great and all keys work, but it's very noisy. I think I'm going to return it.
