Q: Can I use it for my washing machine?

Hello, this is the ozone machine. It's deodorizing and eliminating pesticides and odors.

Q: Is it fairly loud when it is on?

It makes a buzzing sound from the plasma arc.... more kind of loud than fairly loud. The timer goes to about 45 min, so you wouldn't have it constantly running

Q: How do you do a room with it ? Do you take the ball of and just use the hose ?

Set timer on machine and press power button ( I usually set to 30 minutes) usually without hose or balls attached. nothing alive (humans, pets even plants) can be in room when ozone generator is on. Space needs to be unoccupied with door and windows closed . After machine shuts down wait some time (2-3) hours until ozone converts back to oxygen and then open doors and windows to ventilate ozonated space. Ozone can be dangerous if inhaled.
