Need adjustments
AS we know all out products are different, so was issue us as well, you need to make adjustments and. Drill some holes to fit with your personal unit/sofa.Overall happy with product as it brings your broken sofa storage back to live.

Good, but no instructions
Good, strong, well made product. Unfortunately doesn’t come with instructions or dimensions for positioning the hinges, so little bit of working out required.

Sub standard for the price
No instructions. Not even pictures. No fittings. You have to get your own screws which is think is pretty poor for the price. Even the cheapest items come with basic fittings. But the worst aspect of this, is that the springs are not attached. I have no idea how I will get these springs onto the bracket. They are very strong. I think even the strongest man or woman body bodybuilder would risk injury trying to attach these springs. I simply cannot understand why the manufacturer would not attach the springs. Trying to attach them yourself is definitely risking injury. Make sure to have help from another person and both wear gloves and goggles. Better still look for a seller who provides them with the springs pre attached and provides some fittings.

Installed on a chaise storage compartment. Works well but it was difficult to install the springs without any instructions provided. After trying all the tools in my arsenal, I was eventually able to attach the springs after securing the bracket to the chaise then pulling one side with a drawstring…
