It does not retain for longer than 2 hours. Hence returned it. Now I am trying a different one. Hope that works out.

this item Mfg & pkd on oct.2022and also not remains hot water till even 2 or 3 hr.I want to replace but its not come with a warranty card' and they have mation that waranty card is there in product description and it must have there while you replace it..waste of money of 540.

handle came off from the Jug. Cooling is also less. I don't know why such inferior quality product having good ratings.
