Pat Sloan's Teach Me to Machine Quilt - Learn the Basics of Walking Foot and Free-Motion Quilting

This book gives excellent advice on how to put a quilt top together for quilting, some nice practice projects, machine adjustment walking foot use but not as much as I would have liked on actual free motion quilting. The take home message of the book is that it is a skill that needs plenty of practice.

I purchased the Kindle edition of this book. I like the clear explanations given of various technique. A bonus also is that one tap on my iPad brings up a video of key processes- very helpful.

Great book very helpful for beginners +++

I have several books about free motion machine quilting, but this one is the best. It covers all the basic information but also has some great tips . Best of all it shows you how to resolve problems and the illustrations are really helpful.
