Q: Does this pan have a non-stick coating. Will the bottom surface scratch off any "coating" if food in this pan is cut with a normal knife?

It does have a non stick coating. I wouldn't cut it with a normal knife, but if you have the dividers, you shouldn't need to cut them.

Q: Has anyone tried cooking anything with a crust, like a pie or cheesecake in this pan? I do small catering jobs and this would make perfect size pieces

I haven't tried it, but I would think it would work, if you could get the insert through the crust at the bottom of the pan. The insert is pretty flimsy, so it might be difficult.

Q: Is this pan dishwasher safe?

I’m pretty sure it is dishwasher safe, but I just soaked mine afterwards and use the bottle brush to clean it. Also before I baked my brownies, I made sure I sprayed it with nonstick spray, they came out perfect.

Sorry but I don’t know what country the pan was made. It’s a very good pan and I use it all the time.
