I needed to break up some ledge to install a footing and this did the job. I then went around my yard breaking up exposed ledge which my lawnmower would hit. This is a great tool and works well. Not quite a commercial machine but it certainly will handle anything that a small contractor would throw at it.Fast customer support. I am impressed and I would buy again.

I live in Puerto Rico, so there’s very few things that they will ship here. A lot of companies do not have sales tax agreements with Puerto Rico. Nor do they want to pay the extra amount of shipping cost because of the weight to ship here.I gotta tell you. After opening the box. Seeing the quality. Seeing how heavy duty. And I used it to break up some concrete on my back patio. I gotta tell you dollar for dollar pound per pound, and they should’ve charged twice as much.It’s just that nice. So if you’re looking for a jackhammer at a great price, don’t look any further.Now I’m sure this isn’t something that if you’re a commercial company you could probably use every day at 365 days a year. Only because I haven’t used it that much. But this will be worth every single dime that you paid for it. I’ve used it six times now and wow, it does not let me down.

4 stars only because the case was a little cheesy but it did the work at a reasonable price. Homeowner use but might not be the best for professional daily use...(but you pro's out there already knew that)

I previously bought a jack hammer at harbor freight for $550 and it was junk. This one is half the price and works great. I use it to break up the the boulders in my yard. It's a bit heavy, but I'm a woman. It comes with the case, two different chisels and extra brushes. Well worth the money.

This is amazing! Anyone can use it as long as you can lift 30 lbs or so! Very easy to use! Awesome!

I had a large tree stump in my yard the I was trying to remove but the roots had grown between the layers of the large rocks under the stump preventing me from removing it. I used this tool to break up the rocks and undermine the stump enough to allow me to finish the job. The rocks were no match for this tool. It is fairly light and maneuverable but heavy enough that you don’t need to force it through what you are trying to break up. I cannot speak to the longevity of the tool and whether or not it will last, but it seems well built. For the amount of times I will use it as a homeowner, I feel like it will probably stand up to that use without issues.

Used the BKS-65F jackhammer for 90 days and it stopped working. Tried to contact customer support initially and you get a virtual assistant but when I entered the issue, product stopped working, I didn't receive a response.I think it was a day or so later I received a message from the customer support team and from that exchange, the service was exceptional. I explained the situation and the service team contacted the technical support team and I was taken care of to my complete satisfaction.
