Ok people. I’m a registered nurse, who has an emotional support animal, and volunteer with my dog as a pet therapy team at local hospitals... Just to speak towards my credibility and knowledge base on this issue. ESAs ARE ALLOWED IN PUBLIC.... but there is the stipulation that the public venue has to allow it. It is not a federal law to prohibit them from public places, and most do not for fear of other customers allergies and such. ESAs are federally protected in airlines and residences (including hotels). Furthermore, such products like this one ARE NOT REQUIRED AS PROOF OF THE ESAs LEGITIMACY. All that required is your psychiatrist (not therapist/counselor) writing a prescription for your ESA and a letter that includes their DEA and license #, contact information, and their statement that you REQUIRE your ESA to remain with you where ever you are residing, thus must be allowed to travel with you.Although products like this are not federally required, they help those of us who struggle with the discrimination and being treated like a “faker.” It helps to show we are serious and took the time to register them.So, to you people who are reviewing and trying to call us frauds, not all of us are liars and genuinely require our ESAs. To those of you who are interested in this product for your ESA, it will not be enough to gain access to hotels, flights, and rentals. Lastly, just because your animal comforts you, it does not qualify as an ESA unless determined by a doctor.

ESAs do not have any public access rights. Buying this will do you no good. Only TASK-TRAINED service dogs are allowed in public. ESAs are allowed in housing and airplanes ONLY. It is a crime to misrepresent your dog as a service animal. Do not buy these, you are committing a crime and causing harm to those who need their highly trained, life-saving service dogs to assist with real medical issues.

Please do not buy this as a way to make your dog an ESA. This is not a real way to make your dog an ESA and you're only hurting others who have real ESAs. If you require an ESA, you need to get a letter from a doctor stating that you need your ESA, and even then, they are not allowed in public places unless you are given permission.

Esa are allowes in public places and are required to b registered by law they are also allowed on planes and if anyone was to refuse them they would face federal charges
