Weak magnets
I found the magnets, that attach the shelves to the sides of your toolbox, are just...average in strength. Don't expect to place a lot of items in/on them. Disappointed.

They do what they're supposed to
They work ok. I don't expect them to work if overloaded. I'm using them to open up room on my cart. And the Towle holder doubles as a coat holder.

Not as sturdy as you would expect
Not as sturdy as I was expecting one was missing a magnet and they tend to want to fall off after time. Some of the metal was slightly bent. I have husky version of this from Home Depot was much better quality. Disappointing.
