Excellent Selection of International Recipes - Good Teaching Resource
Had to purchase this for a culinary class. Didn't sell it back as it is an excellent resource for international cuisine. While the book may not have every recipe for every cuisine, there is enough to peak your curiosity to seek out other resources to discovery other cuisines.

It's a culinary textbook, what more is there to say?

Buy it used, not worth keeping.
Required book for a culinary class. While it has some decent reading in it, some of the recipes are downright terrible. If you have to get this book, save some money a buy a used copy.

really disappointed.
bought a used version, it said “good”. it was not good, it’s torn, disheveled, folded and written in. i’m not happy.
