The app on the link will not download. When you search a different app comes up but then when you download it everything is in Chinese. The reviews for this on Amazon seemed good but then when you search the product there seems to be a lot of issues with the app not workong etc. Im very dissappinted. For some reason it also wont let me return the item for a refund despite being misadvertised and malfunctioning. Avoid at all costs!!!

YOU WILL HAVE TO PURCHASE AN APP
This item can only be used by your mobile phone. You have to download and purchase the app. There is no way to operate or set it manually.

Can’t use outside the UK
Purchased this product and the APP can’t be downloaded outside the UKWhy ship outside the UK then ? This is very poor and I will not let it rest until I get a refund. Even if it costs me multiples of the price of the item.
