Nice looking tub. Odd design.
Nice tub. We had it installed during a bathroom renovation. It’s nice but an odd design. Pet peeve. The pop up drain is dead center of the tub. So when you sit in the tub your butt hits the drain constantly and starts to empty the tub. Why would you put it in the middle of the tub? Why? Why not center but on the side? No human doesn’t have an a$$ in the center of their body. You will by default constantly hit the drain and start emptying water out. You can’t move to the side. So, nice looking tub, stupid design. Good price. I guess.

Defected Drain Nut Screw
Tub drain nut leaks when plumber is installing it. He has tested it and removed it a few times. Drips between the lower gasket and nut. Plumber waits for while then water drips so it is not the pipes Looks like the drain nut is defected. This is costing me time and money! Not recommended to people who have extra belly. Too small.

Not a good tub for kids/scratches easy
We purchased this tub for our bathroom remodel. Aesthetically it looks beautiful however not a great design for young children. The drain is a push down and if your little one barely touches it it lets the water out. Also already has scratches after two weeks from putting the faucet handle down while bathing infant and left huge black scratch that won’t come out. Pretty disappointed and should have done more research

Great tub
Very light weight. It was very late than originally stated. About a week and a half but the delivery team quickly made it right after calling them.

It was good until....
So the product arrived and it was cracked on the back edge. Super disappointed. Contacted the manufacturer and they gave me some money back. Not quite 30%. But anyways, no one will ever see the split. And it's only cosmetic. And I saved some money

Arrived broken
Manufacturer packed in flimsy box with thin layer of bubble wrap. No support whatsoever. Arrived with big cracks and chunks of acrylic falling out of the cracked areas. What a shame. Was looking forward to this item.

I was very disappointed with the tub. The description didn't match the product. Unfortunately, I had passed the returned window.
