Supplied with hardware suitable for attaching to concrete block and inappropriate for drywall installation. No template to accurately place holes. Unintelligible instructions.Not very bright when fitted, certainly not suitable as a makeup mirror. Light is either dim or very dim.I would send it back but I cracked the corner on my 5th attempt at hanging it so it's off to landfill.

Several of the reviews suggested that the light was damaged or not significantly bright and while that might be true given issues with shipping and the layout of your bathroom I found neither to be true. The shipping box was sturdy and well padded, the mirror was protective plastic on the corners and once installed the illumination is, if anything slightly too bright for my layout.What I did that was a bit more modern and somewhat unconventional was to use a ceiling wiring system to mount the mirror as I didn't want to drill into marble tile. It was easy and the only thing left is to cover the electrical with a proper cover.

This mirror is awesome and worth every penny! The light selection is easy. You can dim the lights if you don’t like how bright it is by holding you finger in the touch screen button labeled light until you get your desired lighting. It also will remember the setting when you turn it on and off again. The anti fog touch button is really cool and works great! My husband is an electrician, so it was very easy to install. Although he said if you have installed a light before, you can install this easily.

It looks great with the LEDs. There are 3 color options warm, daylight and cool. (yellowish, white and blue). I haven't tested the defrost feature as I am using it in my bedroom.This product was shipped in a timely manner and packaged very well in a sturdy box. There were no cracks or scratches.Installation was also straight forward, hardware is included, you install 4 screws and set the mirror up.I am very please and happy with this purchase.

Product had one mirror chipped on shipping. It was replaced quickly with no problem. Hanging was easy used the styrofoam from back of mirror as stencil. Two mirrors together provide enough light in bathroom. Could be brighter but works for our needs. Only complaint is that I wish the mirror had option to hard wire. I ended up running a new line to both sides with an inset plug. This worked fine.

I bought this mirror thinking it was a normal mirror but its way more than that , the lights light up your whole room when they are on , the have like 4 diffrent light setups , Its cheap for what it is , Nice addiction to my room

After one month: We chose to install this mirror in the house we are renting because the previous one was small and dated. This mirror is big, beautiful, modern and perfect for doing hair/make up in front of. While it could easily be hard-wired, we chose to just plug it in as this is just a rental house and I will be taking it with me when we leave. The lighting has three different convenient options. The touch screen works perfect and the fog-free setting works great! I would definitely recommend this mirror as a modern touch. I will say that we are choosing to still install a three-light fixture above, as the mirror is bright right in front of it but the light doesn't fill the room well.

The media could not be loaded.  Looks good and works great, but didn't leave room for plug in the back. Took a little of putting up and down to set screws at the right depth. Would make sure you have something strong to hang on.
