This should be easy .................
Took a long time to get. Package looked like odd parts all thrown in a box. The control panel is a little quirkly. The senors are decent but the transformers are cheesy with short cords. Had to rewire to install at right ht.. Working through several issues right now. 1) It won't record my out going message. 2) It won't load my SIM Card for text message control. Tried many configurations even at the provider (AT&T). No luck so far. Landline connection works well. The manual was written by someone who has a limited understanding of English. The website is no help at all. Doesn't even have a support page at all. Customer service returned my email with nothing helpful and asked me to video my problem and sent it to them.....Really ? The unit has an internal battery back-up but loses the time and date if the power's interrupted..... TO BE CONTINUED !!UPDATE: Turns out this unit is not compatible with US 3-4G networks.
