Perfect fit
I had to cut down a stock shift tube for my sandrail build. This adapter fit perfectly into the shift tube and easily welded into place.

How do I install this?
How do I install this? I weld nut onto end of shifter and now it's way too long. Am I supposed to cut off the old one and insert this into the hole and weld in? There are no directions anywhere online.Doing a bus trans conversion on my 1970 beetle
