Quality product. Nice fit and finish. Parts go together nicely.*worth noting - the input and output fittings are shown on the ad opposite from the actual product. This may or not matter for your application.

Works great on Gen 3 Prius
Having replaced the intake manifold that was heavily clogged with PCV blow-by oil (after 125K miles), I was determined to add a catch can into the PCV circuit. The Gen 3 Prius is notorious for PCV oil buildup in the intake manifold (Gen 3 added EGR, whose hot gases cook the oil into a tarry residue).See photo for the mounting position attached to inner right front fender. Like other reviewers, I did not use the breather filter; I installed the plug on the top of the can. I made sure all hose clamps were secure, and I have not had any vacuum leak problems (i.e. no CEL error codes).I live in cold Minnesota. In the winter the catch can accumulated mostly condensed water (mixed with creamy oily goo). I established a winter routine to empty the can once a week. I ran a silicone drain hose down to a specific point in front of the passenger side wheel, where I could place a drain pan on the garage floor. In these warmer months, the drainage shows no water, just a small amount of oil (which would otherwise have ended up in the intake manifold). The volume is modest, and I can empty it every 2-3 weeks to stay safe.Product does exactly what I needed at a very modest cost.
