This is a great brand of sunfiber. It dissolves readily, is clear and tasteless and does not thicken the water. I have been using it daily for almost a year and am pleased with the results.

I’ve tried lots of fibers. I try to eat a balanced and healthy diet but I never seem to get enough fiber so I supplement it every day in my coffee just in case. This one is THE best. No discomfort in my tummy ever from it. I’ve been through 2 of these large tubs and I think 5 of the smaller size when this was out. All have been fantastic. It dissolves excellent in my coffee- never tried in a cool beverage. It is truly flavorless and takes nothing away from the taste. When I don’t drink coffee, I’ve mixed it in tea while it’s warm and works well there too! The ingredients are good and the company seems to be reputable from my research. Highly recommend!

I add it to my coffee every morning, and it dissolves quickly without altering the taste at all.I was struggling to get enough fiber through food alone, especially since I needed to improve my cholesterol levels. Since starting this supplement along with other dietary changes, I’ve noticed I feel more regular, and my cholesterol has definitely improved. I truly believe this fiber supplement has played a big part in that progress.

It's tasteless and mixes well. BUT NO FRIGGIN SCOOP. One would think for the price a scoop would be provided. And i don't own a digital scale so I'm guess-ta-mating the proper amount I teaspoons.

This mixes well and gets the job done to keep me regular. It doesn’t upset my tummy. It does have a very mild taste but it isn’t unpleasant.
