Good value for the price. Instructions suggest to remove cleaning solution for extended storage. I left it on and went to use next day and nozzle was clogged from solution. 🙄 Other than that my only complaint is that the handle doesn't seem very strong if you are going to put a little extra elbow grease for scrubbing.

This product is great on light coloured floors. On dark floors it leave a cloudy film and makes your floors look dirty.

The reason for my bad review is simple! I am a woman whome takes pride in Rejuvinates products and I clean ALot! However I bought this system for a client of mine and honestly since I used it the sprayer popped out and sprayed across room and then onto furniture and it just kept repositioning itself! As well when I tryed to contact someone to have it replaced my email was never responded too. I understand these are trying times for everyone but this brand product is great so how come even after spending This much on the supplies and the actual mop itself, I am still having to pay for a broken Mop that is Doing so much damage because the plastic is made so cheaply? and now I’m paying for the stains and messes it’s made and I’m without a mop for my rejuvenate products :-/ please help !

While the product itself appears to be doing a nice job cleaning my hardwood floors, the mop broke after just the third time using it. When you squeeze the nozzle, the fluid squirts out to the left and right--and no longer straight ahead. I realize it's plastic and not going to last a long time, but I've had it a month and it broke last week...so it broke three weeks after getting it and using it once a week. Very dissapointed.

This allows me an easier mopping. The bottom is "wide enough" that I can handle & maneuver the mop while covering more territory, but not SO wide that it's hard to mop around and in corners furniture legs,etc ... I use this on Over 1800 square ft of hard porcelain tiles and it keeps them looking great.
