Commentaries and Cases on the Law of Business Organizations (Aspen Casebook Series)

I mean, it's a casebook. The material is laid out logically and made easy enough to follow. If your professor is as acquainted with the text as mine here at U of Michigan Law it will make it even easier.

The book came fast and was almost like new. Very happy with this purchase.

I was able to take the course with the author, which was a nice bonus. I like that the book is shorter than most casebooks but still teaches a lot of info--it's just in a concise manner, which I appreciate.

Good condition, no issues at all. Just a few notes written on the book but that didn’t make much difference to me.

I am so disappointed - I ordered a casebook that was supposed to be brand new and the spine is ripped, the book is ripped, there are a ton of notes inside and highlights, and the code for the online version doesn't work. My classes have already started so now I'm behind since I have to send this book back and somehow get a new one. Extremely disappointed.
