I don't know. I've only bought the dark brown. It's the right color for me.

Q: When you apply the hair fibers on t he balding spot, does the color run on pillows?

When you apply you should pat your head with your hand where applied so that fibers end up on scalp in order to cover area better. After stying hair I always use hair spray which helps it to stay in place. Since I wash my hair every other day sometimes the color ends up on pillow but it washes out easily without leaving a stain.

Q: Does it stick/cover a totally hairless area on your scalp?

After applying I will use hair spray on my hair which helps keep it in place. It works well on thinning hair but as far as putting it on a completely bald scalp I am not sure how that would look. It's also not recommended to use on large areas that are bald.
