Perfect fit
Product arrived on time, installed it on a 2007 GMC Yukon, XL, had it installed in 15 minutes, and work perfectly good product for the money.

Lower amps will give the engine management readings regularly
This alternator description by far is the best described out of all them on amazon . it lists C K & V. Chevy Truck model's that this part fits. Have a new 160 amps alternator now and it puts out to much for my C1500 K1500 4.3l 262ci wiring harness. I think it heats the Oxygen Sensors to fast and causes them to stick. With all my power accessories on and my two radiator fans on the truck only draws at the most 130 Amps. Not one time has the two 60 Amp radiator fans came on at the same time and there both new. Cab Heater blower is 8 Amps. Lights use less then one amp. When my 160 Amp alternator switches on and charges the battery and powers the truck too it supplies a current that is higher then what is recommended I believe. I think i am going to be happy now that lights will last longer and my Oxygen sensors will stop getting to much electricity and over heating and getting Stuck. There almost 1 hundred dollars each. Company truck i seen with 7 liter diesel had all types of lights and accessories and they had the tiniest Amp Rated Alternator on them and they too had a like problem with to much Amperage using the larger 160 AMP plus Rated Alternator.

The alternator was a perfect fit and works awesome.

Not 100% impressed.
Product did work.It was super noisy. And although the description said it met Amp draw, when on a full load, the lights dimmed and blower fan slowed. This was returned.

Only lasted 13 months.
This part worked fine for 13 months then went out. Called DB Electronics since it was just over a year old but they wouldn’t do anything for me besides quote me the price of a new one. I Don’t recommend this product.
