WOW!!!! Worked like a charm!!!
We have a 1989 Jeep YJ with a spare tire on the back, only problem was we had a locking lug nut on it and NO KEY! Been searching a while to find a set large enough to go around this lug nut! This one did had a large enough socket! Apparently, we needed the 27mm one. Smacked it on with a hammer, took a breaker bar to it and boom, it was off! Super easy to use... I'm a female with 0 upper-body strength! lol It even comes with a steel bar so you can tap the lug nut back out and not have to throw away that socket! So easy!! Very heavy duty, would 100% recommend!!!!

Worked perfectly to remove a stuck water heater anode rod
I used the 27mm extractor socket to remove a VERY stuck anode rod in a residential hot water heater. I had started with a 1 1/6" six sided socket, but this did not work...even with an impact wrench. The normal 1 1/16" socket did strip the head of the bolt though, which is why I got this socket extractor set. The 27mm socket perfectly maps to a 1 1/16" SAE socket. This time, using the 1/2" impact wrench worked to get the anode rod out. I also braced the hot water heater in a manner where it could not turn with tie down straps and wood bracing (see youtube for examples of this). The 27mm socket nicely "bit" into the sides of the anode, and after some sustained "hits" with the impact wrench, broke the anode rod free so I could remove it. This kit saved me from the slow death of my hot water heater by allowing for a new anode rod to be installed. Highly recommended if you have a stubborn anode rod that must be removed.

I must to get if you lose your wheel lock and need the tool to help you remove it.
I lost my wheel lock socket for my BMW X3 that I bought my wheel locks 3yrs ago. After backing tracking my order and desperately searched for the proper wheel lock socket, I resorted to attempting to extract the wheel lock. I YouTube searched DIY methods to remove it. Hammering a 12pt. socket method seemed like a good option but it failed to extract it. I Amazoned searched a wheel lock removal kit and this kit populated. After watching their video demo/review, I ordered it the night before and it came the following morning. The wheel lock that I was working on came off after about 5mins banging in the 21mm wheel nut remover. The 2nd, I was over zealous and ended up stripping the wheel lock a little. I used a size one larger and spent more time to seat the socket for a better grip to leverage the removal and I was able to loosen the wheel lock. The 3rd wheel lock I kept on hammering it in until it could not be pulled out by hand and it was easily removed as well as the final!!!

Works Great
Works like a champ! Son lost the wheel lock key to his security lug nuts. 2 whacks of a hammer had the extractor set and the lock turned off without issue.

Saved me money and a trip to the mechanics
I dont know how long these will last , but it was worth it even if it only works once. This tool easily removed a rounded off lug nut , im sure a shop would have charged me double what this cost to remove it.

Poor quality
Looks nice in the case when you get it...... 1st time use 3 of the sockets inner groves stripped rite out and rounded the inside walls on a few different sized key locks I had to remove. Very poor quality, and weak metal material that they are made of. I would never recommend this brand to any full time mechanics out there. A Bad buy......... never again.

Worked
Removed my screwed up wheel nut. Seemed to work well. After pounding it onto the nut with a 4 lb. Sledge hammer. It stayed solid as I wrenched nut off. After close inspection. Seemed to have no deformation of the tool... I only used the one extractor. But they seem good. I'm happy with the purchase.🙂

Works exactly as advertised
Costo Tires stripped our wheel lock key and the thread of the lug nut so there was no way to take out the tire normally. We went to multiple mechanic shops and dealership, all of them proposed extremely costly solutions like welding into the lug nut or drilling into the wheel and replacing rotor and hub that would cost hundreds if not thousands of dollars. We looked up some online forums and many people were able to extract the stripped lug nuts themselves with this kind of tool so we gave it a try ourselves. $70 and 30 minutes later and the lug nut was out with no damage to the rim or wheel hub.Protip: keep pounding the extractor bolt in with a hammer if it doesn't initially fit. Don't start loosening it until you pound it for a while to make sure it has good purchase on the lug nut. Press on it really hard while loosening it with a hand wrench.
