So far so good. Packaged nicely, no unusual scent as others have reported. I believe I will be pleased with this purchase. Pillow puffed up nicely after only a few minutes. Nice and thick. Tag describes how to wash.

Nice and firm but can be “punched up” to your liking, which makes feel like I’m in a best quality hotel. I love these pillows. Good support for my head and neck.

Excellent firmness, especially when compared to my good old favorite feather pillow. I guess the pillow company’s response to buyers’ complaints about a foul smell, the company must have soaked the pillows in the awful, popular laundry scents. You know the ones - the smell that makes one gag when traversing the laundry products isle in the store. But for those of us who are not nose-blind and the scents make us immediately ill, I might have to return the pillows after trying to remove the smell by airing them out and being unsuccessful before the return window closes . Although the odor may be removed by washing in baking soda or white vinegar, it will most likely void the return rules. I’ll let you know. I hope I am successful soon, as these are high quality pillows for the price. Then I’ll change to 5 stars.

I immediately ordered another one...Queen size...it absolutely feels like feathers and fiber fill. I recently stayed at at motel that had the best pillows...it is similar to hotel quality. Haven't washed...and don't know longevity of product...You WILL NEED a KING SIZE pillow CASE for the QUEEN SIZE pillow. I wonder if people who didn't like pillow accounted for this factor...sure...I COULD HAVE squeezed it into my queen size pillow cases...but I wanted that squishy feeling..so you need to give the pillow room to expand.. ..it's squishy but supportive...slept well. Was extremely hesitant to try and buy yet another fail as a pillow..Almost called motel we stayed at to ask if they'd send me one of theirs..pay shipping..pay 75$ 🤣 Came compressed and rolled in plastic..no odor that I could smell..( allergies..so nose not the best ) easily fluffed up. Buying a King size pillow CASE is important I feel..I had to improvise till I got some along with my order of another pillow. Probably should order a 3rd so I'll have another when these are worn out. Pillows are such a personal item...but I would recommend this pillow..Queen size white. EDIT...I DO LOVE THESE PILLOWS...BUTTTTT....if you have Queen Sheets....I FEEL... ( AGAIN PILLOWS are very personal ) you will need to Google on Amazon OVERSIZED KING PILLOW CASES .I'm ordering cotton ones. OR you could try the STANDARD size pillow...I'm not sure if it's the same pillow. I'm just getting bigger cases...I already tried regular king size...had to cram the pillow in cases...40"×20"....I'm ordering 23" wide ( OVERSIZED king ) to give pillow room to be squishy 🤣 again...a personal choice...I hope this doesn't keep you from buying them...I just got the cotton OVERSIZED KING PILLOW CASES.and oversized King pillow zippered pillow protector.... " Feel at Home 100% cotton zipper "( BRAND ) seems larger than 20 inch wide...fit great...works great....I did oder the STANDARD SIZE WHITE 2 PACK also....same pillow...Queen size pillowcase does fit it. Seems rather small compared to Queen size I originally bought....but will keep. Excellent pillows.!!!!!!!!!! NOT A FAIL AS 10 other pillows I have bought in the last 10 years. Hotel quality. I definitely recommend this pillow Queen size OR Standard size.

I meant to come back within 30 days of buying these to try to return them but it was too late. I bought 2 queen sized & 2 standard sized. For the price I really wanted and really tried to like them. I was looking for pillows with non-toxic filling. These are not comfortable & continuously hurt my neck. The pillow conforms to an odd shape that flattens at the part your head is on & bunches up at the other parts. That doesn’t explain it very well but I’m not sure how to describe it. I’m still on the hunt for a comfortable non-toxic pillow. I’d say these are 2.5 star pillows.

I've used these for about 2 months now. My husband's comment was "hotel pillows," I'm not sure if that was a compliment or not... He went pack to our old pillows (which still aren't his fav). But for ME this is what I NEEEDED. I have struggled with chronic upper neck/ shoulder pain since 2019. I've gone through at least 4 pillows recently and was sleeping on decorative couch pillows, because those seemed better than anything. I started seeing a chiropractor and she recommended feather pillows for side sleepers because they're adjustable. These are my first feather pillows, and I think the reviews helped me know what to expect.Now, these aren't perfect. But it's a reasonable price for a decent product that I would absolutely buy again. You will need to fluff them before bed (I saw a comment to push them down and drop them onto the floor from waist level, and that's worked great for me!), and may have to adjust them when you roll over. I just push more of the pillow under my head until I'm comfortable. I saw someone comment that these aren't 100% feathers, it's got some other filling, and maybe that's true. I also saw a comment that the feathers started coming out of the pillow case and poked some guy in his face. I mean yeah, unfortunate, and that has also happened to me, but it's not like a wildly sharp object. I just pull it out or flip my pillow over if I'm too tired. If you got a pillow protector it probably wouldn't happen? And if you readjust the pillow case it should help.There's less filling then I expected, but the level of adjustability has saved me and given me back quality of sleep. I still struggle some nights with pain, but my pain level is wildly different. Grateful for this product!!!
