I absolutely loved this unit when I first got it - 4 days ago. I used it almost continually over the weekend except when it shut itself off overnight when it was empty. Today I can't get it to stay on. I've cleaned it and verified it is not overfilled. It will come on for only a few seconds or maybe up to 30 minutes or so, but shuts off long before the water is used. It seems if I press and hold the button it will stay on... but obviously I can't do that continuously. I've sent an email to customer support and hope I hear back soon. I had planned to order a second unit, but I'm now carefully looking at other brands first.Updated: After contacting customer support and describing the problem, they immediately sent a replacement unit which has been working great!

Worked 7 times then died. No response from "customer support" and no way to get warranty served. Big waste of money. Would give 0 stars if possible.Edit: customer support did eventually contact me, and offer a free replacement. I have not yet tried the replacement but I appreciate that they didn't totally leave me hanging (though they did wait long enough that I bought a new diffuser from someone else.)

I really like this diffuser. I wanted something that was small enough to sit on my kitchen ledge, light enough to move around from my living area to my upstairs bedrooms, and also have the flexibility to have the multi lights vs single light to no light. And super quiet. (Because who wants to hear a bunch of hissing crackle noise when you're trying to relax and sleep right?) This did all of that. And it's at an affordable price. The lights are not overly bright, but bright enough to be a nightlight. They don't flash or flare, they simply change softy from 1 color to the next. My toddler loves the colors. The mist that is produced is light but just enough. I can't find anything wrong with this product. I like it so much, I'm thinking on purchasing another for my upstairs and also as gifts.First, I'm pretty new at all this EO uproar. But I purchased this because I do believe that Essential Oil's do help with your moods- whether to lift you up or calm you down etc. So with that being said, I'm not an "expert" or an "advocate" of any type of company, I'm just a stay at home mama who wants my house to smell good & to relax my active toddler at naps and to help give me some mood boosting energy.

I've had this unit for almost a year and it is the worst diffuser I have purchased. There is a plastic piece where the water mist comes out and it corroded after the 4th use. I have tried supergluing other pieces of plastic to put there so it can still work, but those don't last long. This is marketed as an essential oil diffuser and I'd expect the plastic to handle the water and oils. My cheapest diffuser has never done this. Finally getting around to reviewing this product. Hopefully no one else wastes their $$$.

Got this for Christmas last year. Worked well for four and a half months. Liked that you could use ithe mister without the lights on. This week wore up to an odd smell. The ultrasound element, which mists the water oil mixture was making the water boil. The plastic cover for the reservoir was literally melting from the heat.

I enjoyed this diffuser so much when I bought it several months ago, that I purchased 2 more for my grandchildren so they could have a peaceful night's sleep too! Love the fact that you can let the colors rotate, pick your favorite AND turn off the color at night so you can sleep. It's the only one I've found that doesn't have a glow at night to keep you awake.

A friend needed a diffuser and I gave it to her. She is most thrilled and is enjoying it very much. She wasn't expecting it. Surprise and unexpected gifts are the most fun.

Looks great, works fantastic.... But I had to get it out of my room because it makes a tinkling noise that kept me awake, wandering what was liking. I keep my house pretty cold at night, so it may not happen in a worker house.... All I can think is condensation.... My kids don't have a problem with it and eucalyptus keeps them airways free!
