Q: Can you tell me the size of the hole needed to accomodate these sensors in mm please so we can get the right size drill

They came with a hole cutter but it is only suitable for the plastic type bumpers. I was fitting them in metal bumpers so I used a tapered hole cutter. Easy to fit and work well.

Q: Do you have to connect this to a monitor, as it is in the diagram or can this be used purely for parking sensor with just the buzzer???

It works as is with just the buzzer.
