POS System (C) 15" PRO Systems with Printer abd Cash Drawer

I got the system for a bar. It did not have an inventory tracking feature at first. I talked to the service person and he assured me they were working on the update to add an inventory feature. A couple of weeks later they uploaded it into the system and so far it has worked great. John, service guy, was helpful in walking through the set up and features.

I been using this system for almost a year and I really like it, is easy to use and when you have a problem the tech support team is always ready to help!

My husband and I own a produce stand and have loved every minute of these systems! We had to tweak a few things to work for what we specifically needed and the customer service team has helped us every step of the way! They are always available when we need them and are so so easy to work with! Cannot recommend these systems enough! You won’t regret this purchase!

System arrived like it should, was easy to program, and worked ok. Within weeks started having glitches, customer service was ok at first. Now a year later and it sucks. The system has constant problems. When you try to contact customer service they ignore you for days until you go through Amazon. Then the text within minutes. They won’t help you unless you pay a monthly “support” of $45 per month. So in other words it has constant problems and unless you pay the extortion fee you are simply stuck with it.

The printer and CPU shown in the picture is not what you get. The printer is a much cheaper model. The CPU is not only a different make it doesn't come with a stand. As far as Technical support if you're willing to pay $35 a month you can get online Technical Support. For no fee you can call the guy which has to call another guy or he has to go to his office. I'm still waiting for that support.

So far great product. Does exactly what I want simple to use. Tech support is awesome very good people to work with and explains things and gets back to you promptly

Does not correctly report the individual items you sold in the end of day report.You get NO instructions on how to use this device. Want you to subscribe to a expensiveyearly subscription to help you. A lot to pay when it's only used 4 weeks a year for a non-profit community program.
