Great on Salmon too
My friend recommeded this rub. I was hesitant at first, because bacon is already great. Well I was glad I tried it. This stuff really brings out the amazing flavor in bacon. My favorit thing is to add it to salmon. It gives it a nice kick. Definitly recommend you try this stuff.

Dr. Bacon is the best rub for your rashers!
There's nothing like setting up the Traeger to give some choice meats a smoke bath. Where I've got my own rub for whole chickens, turkey, and beef dishes, I solely use Dr. Bacon for smoking pork, whether pork loin, baby back or spare ribs, pork butt, or pork belly. The blend of sweet and heat, without a ton of salt, perfectly blends with the savory pork to create delicious recipes that my friends and family still rave about.
