Delta has designed this shower faucet beautifully! Love the pause feature for shaving. The color is beautiful, the feel is more expensive than it was and it had completed my shower so well. Highly recommend.I did have one issue with this product, which does not reflect the actual product itself, but the seller. I purchased this as an open box item and it was perfect, EXCEPT for the fact that it had the wrong valve with it. The package did NOT have the multichoice universal valve as indicated, which caused a problem when I went to use the value with my tub kit. (Short story, I purchased two and decided on the same faucet in a different color, but the valve was already installed, so I just switched the color-related items in the box once the new kit came). The kit that came with this did not have the down port for adding a tub spout, and it SHOULD have included it. I had to purchase another valve separately. It wasn't a huge expense, but I did have to just come out of pocket because my contractor was waiting to finish a second bathroom. If I had time to fool with it, I'd be trying to get a refund for the new valve. So, the lesson is: check the valve in the box to make sure it's the UNIVERSAL valve in the package.

I really like the shower head. It works good.My plumber installed it when I had shower remodeled. He said the valve was a good one. I have great water pressure and plenty of hot water to the shower head. The cord is almost too long for my shower. I just looped it once over the shower head.I recommend it.

Bought for a bathroom update. Power is freaking sad, like standing outside in a light rain. Having installer come back out and remove those stupid water restrictors in the hand held and main connection. Seen on YT where this can be done. Be careful to use a cloth on the neck to prevent scratching when disconnecting from main line. The look is nice, would have preferred the hand-held piece be on the side for a hook up as I can see this clip that holds it in not lasting long. For the price and for Delta, this is over priced for the quality. I was told "buy Delta!" and I did, and I am slightly disappointed.

Bought this for our shower. Well made and it is a wonderful looking piece. The hose is not cheaply made.

It’s great! Does exactly what a shower head should do. The inner shower head is easy to remove and put back in place. Doesn’t have features like “message” and what not but let’s be honest how often so I ever change the shower head feature….

Purchased this shower head kit on sale for a shower remodel. It looks awesome and work beautifully well. Highly recommend.

As with many other reviews, the shower pressure on this unit could be much better. The hand held unit especially. We will have to deal with it now that it's installed but I should have done more research and read more reviews. Also, when popping the hand unit back on the shower head it feels like a bit of an awkward fit and not as secure as it should be. Wondering how long this will last when it comes tolong term use. Feels a bit plasticy and cheap. The hand leaver works very well, that's about it.

We bought the product in March but had some delays installing due to COVID, but the shower head started leaking (we’re talking a full shower was coming out of the head) when the tap was turned off. This is within one week of installation/use. If I could return it for a refund I would

No issues with water pressure. City seems have this rights. Out of the box hot water setting is turned low. Probably to avoid any lawsuits. Easy to adjust to hotter water temp. As another reviewer posted it’s easy to scratch. Use towel when tightening to avoid scratching the black off. Don’t know if it’s the best price but it was exactly what I wanted.

Very nice shower set. My only complaint is the flow restrictor. If used as is, the pressure is very weak. The good folks at Delta actually pressed the flow restrictor in place, so it can't be just pulled out with pliers like days gone by.You can do a couple of things to remedy this....take an x-acto knife and cut through the tiny holes so the center comes out. Or take a 1/2" drill bit and drill the center out. Either way the pressure will be much better.2 stars removed because Delta is trying to force me to have poor water pressure. It should be optional for customers.
