I picked up two of these, given the relatively cheap price, and was pleasantly surprised by what I received.These grip trainers are quite well made, with a fairly sturdy construction that feels solid in the hand, though admittedly the handle itself is not as ergonomic as it could be. It also comes with a small sheet of recommended grip exercises, a great inclusion for someone who wants to diversify the grip exercises they're able to do. The springs that supply the tension feel solid, I don't forsee any issues with them for a long time.Given their size, these are nicely portable and could easily be taken almost anywhere. My only complaint would be the adjustment knob. You turn it to adjust the weight between 10kg and 60kg, but the knob itself is not that smooth, feeling a little bit rickety when adjusting the tension. Between this and the slightly uncomfortable handles, the product isn't perfect, but is great for the relatively cheap price and will be more than enough for 99% of people

Work a treat. I started on the lowest setting, and tweaked it from there. Adjustment is easy and seem well made. So far, very happy.

Purchased this 2-pack before and a replacement for those well used ones was required. Checked with hubby before reordering the same again and was there anything not to like about these and if there was I'd order another brand/type instead. He is more than happy with these and Ibelieve the functionality works well and come in at a good price for pack of 2. No doubt I will be reordering these again in the near future.

Good build quality

These are the third set of grippers that I've bought. The first two sets were "fixed", i.e. it was not possible to adjust the resistance. The most recent set I bought before this was a set of six different grippers of different strength. Unfortunately, I am still on the easiest of the six, and unlikely to progress very far. So, although I have no complaints to make about that product, I think it is unlikely that I will fully use it in the future.That was why I bought these - I was unsure about the resistance range, and the way in which the resistance could be adjusted.However, I have been very satisfied with them since I bought them. The adjustment is easy, and the fact that I can tailor the difficulty for myself is a great advantage. I use them every day, and I can see a clear but gradual improvement (although that still has not got me to the level where I can use the previous ones!).All in all, I'm really pleased with these, and glad that I bought them. The best advice I can give people is try to be honest with yourself about how strong your grip is - mine is quite weak, and therefore a relatively easy load is fine for me. If you're much stronger, other items might be more appropriate, but for an average person, starting from a relatively low base, these adjustable grippers are, in my opinion, by far the best alternative.
