Only complaint is that the colors are a bit off. Things have a darker tinge. But for a low-price aftermarket solution, it fills it role well. The screen works about as well as the OEM did, so no major issues there. I considered taking a star off for the color, but comparison to alternate options, I think it deserves the full 5.

This made the screen replacement relatively easy on my old Galaxy S8. My old glass was shattered and there was damage to the screen itself. I was able to swap over all of the internals (motherboard, speaker, etc.) from my broken screen panel to this replacement one. I got to replace the battery at the same time. GO SLOW, don't make the mistake I made and pry the back glass off too fast. I shattered mine and have to wait on a replacement to complete the repair.

I brought this product with me to Jamaica for my mother to use as a replacement screen. However, I received a call yesterday, while I'm back in New York, informing me that the screen is not functioning and cannot be repaired. I'm quite confused and upset, and I would appreciate an explanation regarding what went wrong in this situation.
