Very pleased, however...
I'm pleased more care was taken in sending this package, this time. My initial order was a single bag, it came torn, taped and missing nearly a pound. For the cost of that first bag, to have nearly 20% missing was disheartening. While the price charged is high, though a slightly lower unit cost, than single bag offer, I'm over a barrel if I want the flour that gives me consistent successful results for biscuits, as no stores sell it in the PNW.I wanted to give the two 5lb. bag option a try hoping I'd be in the majority that get an intact order. I did receive two intact bags and the set of measuring spoons, is a nice bonus, though I did have some concerns they might tear the bags in transit. My concerns weren't realized. This is my go-to flour for biscuits. Makes it so easy... almost too easy! I shouldn't eat too many biscuits, but they are so good when made with this classic, light, Southern flour. It also arrived very quickly. I will order again once I get through the 10#+ I currently have.

Best and safest flour ever
Many people dont read labels or do but dont know what a those words you cant pronounce REALLY are( thats deliberate) but White Lily flour has always been a quality brand and, very well known/loved (especially in the south). They dont carry it where I live, so Amazon had it, but when I saw they had non GMO & ALLUMINUM FREE ( with all the heavy metals in foods, baby formula, drinks, medicines and in many things they inject into us or have us ingest for tests, that dont need to be in there to work) I was thrilled! You bicuts will be amazing and all your baked goods will be even more delicious than ever. Plus its healthier! Yummy

Great flour
I buy this for my mother who has sensitivities to certain wheats and grains. It can be expensive at times, but I’ve found that buying it for her this way is the best route to go with the way the price fluctuates. Quality brand, and being able to buy more than 1 bag at a time is helpful.

Do you like Southern Biscuits? This is the key!
I tried biscuits a bunch of times and I just couldn't quite get that flavor right until a friend told me about going on a trip to Atlanta and he raved about the biscuits his friend made while he was there.I prompted him to get the brand and found White Lilly here.Oh man.. these are they. Here's the recipe:312 grams White Lilly Flour plus a bit more when you roll them out1/2 cup unsalted butter, chopped into small cubes or pulsed in a food processor until pea sized/ Plus a tad more to butter the cooking sheet. Brown cookie sheets are best for these.1 cup butter milk2 tablespoons honey (for flavor and browning)Preheat oven to 425 because ya go fast to keep the butter cold.Butter a sheet pan to put the biscuits on when you cut themPulse of chop the butter into pea sized piecesAdd the flour to a mixing bowlAdd the honeyAdd the butter, mix a bit to incorporatePour the buttermilk over the topUsing a spatula, mix until the dough is pretty evenly moistLay out onto a large lightly floured surfaceWith your hands, press to about 1 inch think and fold in half any lengthwisePress to about an inch again and fold again. Repeat until you've pressed and folded about 6 times. We want layers (YUM~)Press to about 1 inch again and use a biscuit cutter (You'll need one once you eat these because you'll want to make them a lot!) to cut as many as you can get with the first cuts, placing them in the center of the backing sheet Like this _-_-_-_-_-. They like to lean into each other to help them grow taller.Fold the remaining dough into a rough ball and press out again.Cut the remaining biscuits.Re form the dough and cut more biscuits.Into the pre-heated oven for 15 minutes turning about half way through if they get too brown on one side.Pull them out when done, but don't pull them apart until ready to eat. We want to keep that moisture in . These freeze really well.White Lilly has that biscuit taste and you'll be taken to some magical place when you eat these,

Excellent tasting self rising flour
I've bought self rising flour at my Local Walmart since there are no stores that carry white lily. Anyway when I've used the store brand self rising flour it's not properly balanced w salt and other things. The White lily I dont have to add salt or any other enhancers its perfect. My biscuits come out delicious tasting, with a nice golden harder texture on the tops and soft, fluffier centers. I make my biscuits w just two ingredients added to my White lily self rising flour and neither ingredient is liquid. The flavor is absolutely out of this world.

Bag ripped open and the flour is old
The bag was ripped open and I open and used some of the flour from one of the bags and my cookies were ruined! This flour has to be very old as my cookies went flat! They tasted odd like old flour ! How do I get a refund

There is only one flour to use
It is the best flour for making biscuits, cornbread and baking. No kitchen should be without it. It is worth every penny you pay for it, don’t think just buy.
