Update: Requires specific adapter
Update to better rating:While my original review holds true, with the correct adapter, it works exactly the way I want it to. It works, it is simply finicky. In order for it to work with my iphone, I needed an Apple Lightning to 3.5 mm Headphone Jack Adapter, not just an Apple certified adapter. It only works correctly with an actual Apple product. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01LXJFMGF is the exact product I ordered off of Amazon that did work, when other adapters I ordered off of Amazon managed to.With the correct adapter, it is a 4 star product. Without the correct adapter it is a waste of money.Below is the Original Review for when I did not have the correct adapter:It seems quite finicky about what adapters get used. And even using an adapter that it works with on some applications, like listening to audio, it doesn't necessarily work with other applications. I was unable to use it for its intended application: taking a phone call. But since it works a little, doesn't seem actually returnable. I am dissatisfied.

It works and for the cost is a good value
I do wish the cord was longer, but works well otherwise.

Excellent design,
====================UPDATED REVIEW:After having used it for a few days, and having used other brands before, this thing is really nice. Excellent design, build quality, and performance. The boom is a gooseneck that's so fine" it doesn't even look like a gooseneck, and it flexes into just about any shape you could want and stays there til you reshape it. The mute button also allows me to send commands to my Android phone: short-press to answer or mute/unmute; long-press to tell the phone what to do/dial or to hang up a call. And when I had the issue I had (see below), customer service made a priority of trying to make me happy (for a better review, but still).Note:I originally had issues with it buzzing loudly, if the dial was set to max vol over even close to max, which is where it seems it needs to be for "normal" or "good" volume. I tried a few hours later and even on two phones and it persisted, so I put it back in the box. But I had purchased four and after a couple days of letting them all sit in the box it occurred to me to try the other three, which were fine. At that point, I tried that first one again that was giving me issues and it worked fine as well -- and has continued to work fine for the few days I've been using it.I'd previously used a different brand of similarly styled headset on those two phones for half a year and never once experienced any buzzing. Yet when I also previously tried a few other brands, some being major names, there was also a prohibitive buzzing out of box as well. And not because of my needing an adapter -- only happened at higher vol adjustment.I noticed at least one other review mentioned the same issue with buzzing with this item, so it seems to occur on occasion, and I have no idea what would make it happen or not happen -- let alone go away!====================ORIGINAL REVIEW (was originally at two stars):I must say I'm very disappointed. The build quality seems fine but I get a loud noise when the volume is set at or near max, which I need it set to to be at "normal" volume. I bought one of these months ago and had the same issue and couldn't use it. I hoped this issue was resolved but it's not. I've seen at least one other reviewer complain about the same thing. I don't understand all the glowing reviews without most others having this issue. Maybe it's worse on some phones. I have a BlackBerry Priv, which is a reasonably high-end Android phone running Android 6 (Marshmallow). I can't blame it on the phone, though, because I also bought a few other brands a few months ago and one of the others did this to lesser degree while one did not do it at all -- but for some reason I can't find that brand available anymore. This noise is FAR too loud for me to be able to use this device. (I tried the adapter that came with it and that sure wasn't the solution -- the noise when that was added was far worse.)====================

One lasted about 4 years, other less than 4 months?
Edit2: It might be the drivers rather than the headphone itself that has issues, back to 4 stars.Edit: The new one's mic cuts out during meetings, I think a wire must have broken, down to 3 stars.I purchased the mono version in 2017. It finally gave up the ghost in 2021 (probably a break in the wire as the sound cuts in and out). Given the reasonable price, 4 years seems like a good amount of use. The fake leather on the ear cushion started flaking off after a couple years -- covering with a tissue and rubber band solved the flaking problem but looks a little ghetto. The stereo version I ordered in 2021 comes with extra ear covers (don't know if it's included in the mono version now). I prefer the mono version but there was an amzn coupon making the stereo version cheaper. The headset sound quality is fine and haven't heard complaints about voice quality during zoom calls (except when I first got it and had the mic too close to my mouth). During long meetings the pressure on the ears can be a little fatiguing; however, it's better than full-sized closed headphones in terms of ears getting too warm (I don't have a full-sized open-back headphones with built-in mic to compare).

These work great.
So I bought these to use when I had to set up an additional home office at my mother's house. While talking to one of the pharmacists she commented on them stating they were there were the clearest of all the people she had talked to that day. I am probably going to order another pair to travel with.

Not for using with teams meetings.
I was disappointed in the quality of sound.

Above Average Quality
I highly recommend the Arama Cell Phone Headset. I had a Panasonic headset for years, it finally wore out and when I went to order a replacement Panasonic no longer had the same model, and the model they did have was crap. So I did some research, and bought an Arama, one good thing is the Arama has a 3.5mm plug (the Panasonic was 2.5mm and needed an adaptor). The Arama is of VERY good quality, even better than my original Panasonic, I definitely recommend the Arama Cell Phone Headset.

nice
Nice headset. Reasonable price. The headband is not too tight and it feels comfortable. Plus I really like the microphone extension that can get close to your mouth

Excellent Quality Very Sturdy
Very pleased with this headset. It is very clear and have used it for work without a single complaint about being heard. If you prefer to have something on your ear instead of in this is the way to go. I have a large head and it fits perfectlty

i think this is a great headset for the price
i think this is a great headset for the price. I use it at home, so it's a pretty quiet environment, but it's perfect to walk around my house doing chores while i talk on the phone handsfree.

Works very fine! I love the noise cancelling effect and I hear my interlocutors loud and clear, as they hear me well too. And the shipping was very fast. Would definitely recommend this product.
