Good customer service fixing a initial problem.
Product is as shown and fine, first order was missing switch opener and keycap puller contacted seller in the evening and that night seller said he'd send out missing parts next day, 1st package arrived early and next package arrived quick also (west EU) 4 stars for product and price 5th for the great CS in a industry full of headaches (keyboards) it's nice to have good CS.

Know Your Switch!
does what its supposed to do. the switch disassembler didn't work for my otamu browns. they didn't fit into it so i had to disassemble them manually. otherwise would have been 5 stars.
