It did the job!
Purchase this decorations mainly for the colours, gold and black, we found that there was no pipe to blow up the 7 and the 0, so I had to use a straw from a juice box, but they stayed inflated which we were pleased with. The other balloons are not great quality and burst quite easily. The HAPPY BIRTHDAY looked great.

The balloons all started to pop/burst during the party!!!
great set other all, however it was very frustrating as all the balloons all started to pop during the party, they were filled with air only. made everyone jump every time as it was so loud!!!
