I read a bad review years ago so I didn’t purchase this. Then my sister tried it and recommended it. I’ll have to say this works. Once cramping starts place one under your tongue and let it dissolve. Works within minutes or two. Great for those of us that experience rapid repetitious cramping. It is not a preventative that I know of for that first cramp but prevent further cramping that day once you take it.

This is actually great stuff! I was getting cramps in my hamstrings, quads, and calves EVERY night about2 hours into the sleep cycle. Two of these under the tongue right before bed and no more cramps.👍👍
