I’ve needed a nightstand/dresser for ages, and finally found this statement piece. I have a staple wardrobe, so there aren’t a ton of clothes I needed to fit - but it does fit all of my essentials, and the clothes I wear most often.It’s excellent quality. Sturdy and attractive, the faux leather is thick and each drawer looks like it’s a single, well-made suitcase with cushy handles. I love the ornamental straps.The drawers are made of wood and are lightly lined so clothes or other fabrics won’t catch on the wood. The drawers are prevented from falling out by a plastic strip affixed to the wood beams between drawers.The chest of drawers comes fully assembled, and it was nice not to have to put it together myself.It really is quite charming. I’m keen on finding other pieces of furniture in this style if they work for my purposes. 10/10 recommend if you’re looking for a nightstand, an end table, or just a statement piece for another part of your home. It works as a dresser for me, but would perhaps be too small for someone else’s wardrobe. You’ll have to use your best judgment on that.

This chest is AWESOME!!! It was delivered today and I am using it as a nightstand in my bedroom. It is perfect for storage and is big enough to sit my 19 inch lamp, alarm clock, and landline phone on. It looks like real leather and it looks very expensive. I am not trying to make this product sound better than it really is, its just really nice. There are no strong odors (from China) and I unpacked it and put my stuff in the drawers within about an hour. I could not be happier and although not very many people will see it since its in my bedroom, I can admire it for years to come. It seems very sturdy and is quite heavy. It is not "costume furniture", it is real furniture and a definite statement piece. I knew I would love it the minute I saw it on Amazon. The measurements are true to size and it is BLACK, not brown.

This is a wonderful timeless piece. It feels very sturdy and I love that it didn’t require assembly.

Deco 79 Wood Vintage Faux Leather Chest with Faux Leather Buckle Straps and Stud Details,Was looking for a small chest for my mother to sit beside her chair. This was perfect. Very nice quality. Has 4 drawers. this is about 35 pounds so it should not tip over easily. One note: the entire piece has an extremely strong odor of glue or paint. Had to take into garage to air out. Its been about 2 weeks. Odor is getting lighter. Still recommend.

This piece is so beautiful and the picture doesn't do, when this box arrived it was wrapped very, very well and when it was taken out the I fell hard in love so pleased I purchased this piece I would definitely but more.

I purchased 2 of these and use them as nightstands. They are beautiful and do seem sturdy however the dressers do not have a lot of room. I was willing to sacrifice that seeing how beautifully they match my bed and decor in my room. Also, initially saw this in a local store but they only had one. I was happy to see these on Amazon since I needed 2.

Love it! Packaging was great, on time delivery and it was in perfect condition! The piece adds character and texture to my living room. Seems pretty sturdy too!
