Works great for Canon LP-E17 style battery power
Just what I needed to keep my Canon EOS SL2 running for extended filming in my studio and for Zoom calls. This is a good value for the money versus the OEM version. The components appear to be of good quality and the adapter fits perfectly with the cable matched to where the cable door on the camera expects it to fit. No issues, has been a great purchase!

It works well
I have been using it for 8 months and everything is perfect, the camera never turns off and it doesn't get hot at all with this adapter, I made a good purchase.

Does not power up camera SEE UPDATE IN REVIEW
The dummy battery seems to fit fine, the power supply output is fine, but it does not work with my camera. Canon EOS T7UPDATE. Originally gave 1 star based on above. Problem was that battery door must be closed.THIS IS NOT NOTED IN THE INSTRUCTIONS

Worked great in my 250D
I wasn't 100% sure this would work for my camera, but it did. Anyone else needing a continuous power supply for a Canon 250D, this one will work.

Webcam setup
This allowed me to take my nice camera and use it for a killer webcam in addition to being a great SLR!

Didn't work but it may not be the product's fault.
I did not work with my Canon Rebel SL2 but I now think it may have been because the battery door could not be closed. I returned it before I could find out.

Video all you want
Works perfectly in my canon mirrorless camera. No time constraints. Remember to open the little door on the camera. The door will work easier as you use it.

Game changer! works well!
I didn't know that these existed! It's so much better for filming and photoshoots than a standard battery, I'm never going back to a battery unless I'm traveling. Make sure you know where the cord goes out of the cameras battery port so you can close the bottom of the camera for it to turn on properly, took me some detective work of trail and work to find that on the bottom of my canon rebel t7i
