Great container. Larger than I expected. Hefty and sturdy.

I received my product very quickly. Unfortunately, a piece of a plastic basket was broken. I contacted Joey's right away and they sent me a return ticket within an hour. I had a whole new unit the very next day !! And it works well.

I don't care for water but this Infuser it adds that little flavor of any vegetable or fruit. It's awesome

Drink the water daily and refill it for 2 days and then clean and start over. However, unpacked it, checked it, cleaned it, filled it with citrus and was thrilled. A day later, I pulled down on the strainer as instructed in directions and the strainer developed a crack. I didn’t turn it, wiggle it, just did as instructions said.We have another just like it at our vacation home. However, it’s an older ideation and you slide in. Didn’t return just being careful.

MAJOR issue for consumers. This item is advertised as a pitcher with two (2) "cores". One core is called an infuser. It's a plastic tube which attached to the pitcher lid into which fruit (e.g. lemons) can be inserted which allows the juice to bleed into the liquid contents to enhance flavor. The second "core" is a solid plastice tube which, also attached to the pitcher lid, ice can be placed. I ordered one pitcher with two cores. It atrrived on time but was badly damaged (note the producet was damaged but not the box in which it was shipped). No ice core was included. I attempted to return it but I was advised not to bother and that my account would be credited the purchase fee. I order another one on the same day. It arrived on time BUT did not have the ice core tube. I returned it and ordered another one. It arrived on time but again it did not contain the ice core. I advised the return representatives at Whole Foods and they said they would let Amazon know. ACTION: Amazon needs to have the vendor -JOEY'S Shipping-quality control these products before shipping. That is obviously not being done now.

Design:The shape fits neatly in my refrigerator. It is a pleasing modern shape.Capacity:Just the amount for my individual daily hydration.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I liked that it came with the infusion center along with the frozen ice center for keeping the pitcher cold outside without diluting the drink.

Arrived with broken insert. Amazon refunded my money and I got the glass one which was sturdier.
