Great shelf
Very sturdy shelf, easy to build. Love that you can adjust the height to any height you want. I bought it for my legos orlf various sizes and it functions perfectly for it. It definitely holds a hell of a lot without seeming like it will buckle. No issues with the weight either. For the price it really isn't bad at all. Will certainly bug another one.

Well designed and high-quality build
Some big plusses:- Easy to put together. Snaps together - no need for any tools. Instructions are extremely easy.- Quality construction and parts. Heavy duty steel parts. The mdf shelf bottoms are very solid and the resistance to water damage is great and unique for that type of product.- Great design. Simple and works. Big plus that shelves can be adjusted independently after it is constructed. This is a big advantage over the basic wireframe shelving units that require taking off all shelves above to adjust a single shelf. Another design advantage is the flexibility in constructing shelves (which can also be changed later for a single shelf without affecting other shelves). Each shelf can either have the bottom on top, sunk in so that the sides are raised, or sloped (good for cans/bottles).- Flexible configuration. It comes with all the parts to configure as 2 half-height units or a single tall one. It also includes a part to connect multiple units on their sides.Negatives (you can decide how important but I still gave it 5-stars):- No ability to buy an extra shelf. With my use, the 5 shelves leave a lot more space than needed. It would have been a lot of value if I could purchase a extra shelf. Also, the feature allowing sloped shelves for cans/bottles really leaves a lot of extra vertical space where extra shelves would help.- Industrial/garage look. It's ok for my art studio use, but the adjustment holes in the support columns are very visible and this looks like something that goes in a garage.

High quality product
I don't have a lot of cabinet space in my kitchen so I created a kitchen pantry in my coat closet, which is right next to my kitchen. I wanted shelving that looks nice, not cheap. I'm so happy with these. They're great quality and metal, not plastic, and with the "wood" shelves, they look really nice. The shelves also give you the option to form a lip/border around the edges so that things don't fall off. They hold all my non-perishables with no trouble. They were easy to put together, even if you're not handy (which I'm not), and there's a QR code to a video showing assemble for those who have trouble. It is a little heavy to move once it's all put together, depending on your strength, so you may need help.

Very sturdy, terrific shelves!
These shelves are fantastic. We've ordered three and they were only slightly time consuming to assemble. I highly recommend them!I’d share pics but I was in such a hurry to populate the shelves since we’re moving into a new house that it’s a mess and needs to be organized.

Actually impressive, mostly
They're shelves, how bad could they be, right? The answer of course is "very very bad." But these shelves are very much not. I put these kind of shelves into two categories: so good that they're impossible to put together (and cost a fortune,) and so bad they won't stay together (yet somehow still cost a fortune.) Homedant has managed to find a pretty good balance between the two with these. The packaging was genuinely well thought out, and they arrived undamaged - something that doesn't happen often with shelves like these. Either because they weigh 200lbs or they use paper instead of cardboard. But these are the smallest shelves, so your mileage may vary. They did think to put thick corrugated cardboard between parts that might be scratched or broken. They come with instructions. You really won't need them. As soon as you get the parts out, everything makes obvious sense. Peel off the plastic bits and stick them on sharp edges. Bang uprights and horizontals with a large rubber mallet until they're seated. Drop laminate shelf in. It definitely is awkward to do solo, but not impossible. You can mix and match flat, lip, and slant as you please without any part of it requiring a PhD in mechanical engineering. Spacing of the mounts is also great because it gives a lot of flexibility in configuration.Obviously the big question is: how do they look and how sturdy are they? The black finish and laminate on the shelves arrived with no scratches and was very consistent. That's really all you care about there. As far as sturdiness? Once assembled they definitely don't want to come apart easily, but it wants to sway when you're moving it or you push hard on it. And the shelf boards on mine were probably a quarter inch short on two sides so they want to move around. But once I installed the shelf boards and added some weight, it did feel much more stable. They claim 264lbs per shelf, and the framing definitely feels up to the task, but the boards very much do not and definitely want to move around in the frame. That's my biggest complaint.Still, I feel like it's a good quality shelf for what I paid and what I use it for. The engineering on these is quite good, so I don't have concerns about the frame. But if you're loading it up more, I would probably suggest using the included wall anchors or possibly stronger boards.

Love it!
Very sturdy and easy to put together! We are currently using this as extra storage in our kitchen and it works great! Easy to change the shelves around too. Comes with hooks. Easy to wipe down to clean.

Easy to assemble and sturdy
I was so impressed with the first one I bought another. These shelves are super easy to put together. It took all of 20 minutes. Have a rubber mallet handy - it helps. The side supports fit nicely into the openings and are easy to reposition. I split my shelf into two separate units. The package comes with a metal slider that will help hold each unit together. While the wood panels may seem a little thin, I have the shelves holding a little over 150lb and the wooden panels are just fine. The panels are white on one side and front edge and a wood color on the other along with the front edge.Keep in mind that you will lose some inches at the bottom and if you use the supplied plastic feet, the cover the bottom notch.Overall a fantastic shelf unit at a great price.
