We use this camera to live stream church services to Facebook live. Using OBS Studio, we can easily zoom into the podium about 80 feet away and broadcast in HD. Our only limitation right now is internet speed, but that is obviously not the cameras fault. Great camera, good quality. Paired it with an audio interface and our stream has never been better. Will be adding a second cam one day soon.

This camera connected seamlessly to my blackmagic switcher using a HDMI extender/CAT 5 cables. The quality is exceptional and it was pretty much plug and play. I am using it for our church services and the shots have been great.This is a good buy. The only challenge is that I have not figured out as yet how to use the presets and the manual is pretty vague. I took away one star for that. Otherwise, excellent.

where to start, wow is the best way I think. Other review comment on how quiet it is but wow, more like silent movements! Remote doesn't have to be pointed directly at it (camera is above & behind me) and no issues at all....very smooth movements, presets are key!We use 1 camera - will be buying another next month for sure, but you can run it on one. We use OBS, RODEcaster Pro, and MacBook Air M1 - soon upgrading to Mac mini M4 chip. Just awesome camera!

This is an update to the review below. Tongveo customer service got back with me and they have been wonderful. They sent a replacement that seems to have had a firmware update making image setting adjustments possible. Now, the colors and brightness are great out of the box and adjustable for different environments. Motion is smooth and autofocus is fast. Image quality is much better than a stationary 4k name-brand camera this will be replacing. Now, I can say that this is truly one of the best values in a PTZ camera. Remember that this model is USB only, limiting the distance between the computer and camera but for a single camera installation is works great.Previous review:I had bought a similar 3x zoom PTZ camera (different brand) to use at a church. Realizing that 3x zoom is simply not enough along with it being noisy and a bit jerky, I ordered this 20x camera to replace the 3x. At first I was excited to see how smooth and quiet this Tongveo model is. But, compared to the much cheaper 3x, this one's brightness and color were disappointing. The zoom was tight but as the zoom increased the color errors became more obvious. It has an unacceptable blue tint. I contacted Amazon who offered a return but I have also reached out to the seller to see if there are adjustments that could be made. So far, no response from the seller so I will likely be sending it back for a refund and look for better options. First pic is the 20x and second pic is a much cheaper 3x.

We thought this was great when we got it. And then the Tongveo speakerphone just wouldn't turn on one day. We have tried different things to no avail. So we tried to get ahold of Tongveo - no warranty - no return - our problem. So I asked, since it is a set, if I could just buy the speakerphone. Nope. And no access to Tongveo customer service - just Amazon. I would beware before buying.
