This book is small and only has a few pages, the price is crazy for what it is. I expected an actual book worth reading with valuable information for this price. not worth it. I wasted my money.

I really loved the flow of information is it presented in building block learning style. The formulas are easy to understand and the examples are up to date and revelant.

It's a great, affordable quick guide into operations management. There's no in-depth information here but as a service based operations manager I did gain value reading it.

It sparks my interest on learning more about warehouse management. I wish the book is longer/ thicker. Great read indeed!
