UPDATE: Does not keep food warm very long. I ended up buying a standard Thermos with the screw off lid and my child and I have been much happier with that, for our purposes. I still like this container and might use it for myself but overall didn't quite fit our current needs.I JUST opened this and there’s a part that’s broken—debating if it’s worth it to me to replace immediately because I imagine my child might just destroy it after a short while anyway. That small section that came broken renders that compartment no longer leak-proof which is a large part of why I ordered this but I can switch the metal compartments around and it’s not likely I’ll have more than one leaky food item per lunch. I like the design and my small child can open and close it all no problem and it fits in their current zip up soft lunchbox bag which is also nice. Will update on if it keeps the food warm enough but overall I’d be a lot happier with it if it came in one piece.

Brought several lunchbox for my daughter, This is one of the only leak proof lunch containers. DIY compartments design, it also can according to what you want with the free. The compartments are independent and equipped with multi-purpose accessories. I wanted to find a leak-proof lunch box to prevent the lunchmate organizers from causing different foods to get soggy and mixed. I found this and it’s great! Just like seller introduce multifunction used. dressing in one part next to fruit and chips/treats and nothing mixes at all. This was less expensive than the bento boxes with similar features by about half. I would highly recommend this product. best for work, school, picnic, travel. It is extremely convenient.

Originally purchased May 24, 2024 and after a year and 2 months, the lid has broken where the clip closure is. Below are my likes, dislikes and usage info!Usage:Used twice a week for a year and 2 months in conjunction with 2 other bento boxes of a different design. Washed metal pieces in dish washer x2/week, plastic pieces in dishwasher x1/week or hand washed as needed. I never used the metal pieces in the over nor the plastic containers in the microwave out of preference. The bottom lid did retain a stain after placing tteokboki in the bottom section— keep in mind for tomato sauces or other stain prone foods. Cannot recommend for keeping things warm as I did not test / I kept my bento in the fridge.Love:The size and capacity is great. Flexibility of what the top container holds and bottom can hold— taller items in the top compartment and less voluptuous items on the bottom. Think salad on bottom while marinated eggs, dip or sauce container, fruit piled high or stacks of baguette bread (for that lunchtime bruschetta) on top. Loved that versatility.Dislikes:The gasket of the top lid would slip when trying to seal and bulge out the side if I didn’t close the top in just the right way. The bottom lid would also be a bit finicky when closing quickly. The clip closures require pressure to close and open which ultimately led to the side of the top lid cracking and coming off. Offering replacement lids would make this design flaw rendered annoying rather than fatal.Would I buy again?No, but I don’t regret buying. It was nice having a different bento configuration that I could work with based on my weekly meals. The closure is the bento’s weakest aspect and if approved, would have enjoyed more.

Keeps hot items hot and cold items cold! Love this! My husband is a police officer and this helps keeps his food at the perfect temp for his long shifts

I really like this lunchbox and have been using it nearly daily since receiving it July 16th. It's now August 1st and I've found multiple cracks in the lid not even a month of use.

Honestly haven't had a better lunchbox than this. It doesn't have the best insulation, but it'll keep your food at a decent temperature for a few hours. The portion size that fits in there is also really fitting, and it's easy to take apart/put together as well as clean.
