This shower kit is high quality at an affordable price. The overall functionality and ease of install was also top notch. I have installed a couple of shower kits from this company and love the high end appearance. I did come across an issue where the shower valve was installed too deep so I reached out to the seller and they were very quick to respond. They sent out an extension kit at no charge. I will definitely be buying more products from this seller in the future!

I love the looks of this! The Shower Head has a good waterfall, & my husband likes the handheld, with long hose. The overhead shower tilts a few degrees. I tip the bottom edge down after a shower, to drain the head fully.The plumber that installed this, said he liked the style of the valve, and that installation was easy.Over time, the switch to change from overhead to handheld came loose. I was having trouble getting it to stay back on, so I contacted customer service, (quick response) and they explained how to properly reconnect the screw to the knob. It was super easy for me to do!I love the shower I get from this & would recommend it to anyone!

EDIT: The manufacturer read my review and actually sent me a very nice stainless steel hose for the wand. It gives me confidence that they are working toward selling a quality product!!!! Changed from 3 stars to 4.This is the second one of these I've installed.Pros: looks great and works great, lots of features for the money.Cons: The hose to the wand is stiff and feels cheap. I guess the low price comes with a cost.Came with the wrong gasket for the end of the hose that attaches to the wand and the wand leaked when I first installed it. Lucky for me I had something that worked in a bag of faucet repair stuff that I have.The instructions suck. I'm a DIY guy and not a pro, but I think even a pro would want more information, information that is in the instructions of Moen, Delta and other brands.Would to give this a 5 but just can't.

The media could not be loaded.  First off, there is such a difference in price on Amazon versus buying one in Home Depot or Lowe’s. I saved $400. (Happy I took the chance)My plumber did not look at the set before doing the plumbing so he installed a male pipe where the water comes out for the wand but this set requires a female. (I called customer service and they do not have replacement parts to fit if you make this mistake). So, I was on the hunt for a female elbow. I found one on Amazon and while I paid an extra $40 (for 2) I actually like it better and think it fits the look better on this set.I was very worried about the pressure of the water coming out of the head so I went with an 8 inch. Our old one was only 3 inches. I read quite a few reviews saying a rain shower does not have good water pressure. I disagree. The pressure is just as good as my 3 inch. We have 2 shower head sets in the shower and even with both going at the same time, works perfect, no change in pressure on either one.We have been able to use our bathroom for about 3 weeks now so I do not know the longevity but seems perfect now. Looks expensive and feels expensive.

I was very pleased about the overall design and great set of features of this shower combination. The very clean design lines and the use of color to designate hot and cold made for an elegant presentation, along with top notch packaging added a nice level of panache. The operation is quite straightforward, too. The reasonable price point made this a very attractive option for our shower area. We are extremely happy with our purchase!

We ordered 2 of these for a bathroom remodel we did with a double head shower. One of them was missing a small part so I reached out to the company at the number provided with the order info. They responded within an hour and the part was at my house in 2 days. The product its self is beautiful and works great. It has pressure control which is a nice feature with our kids using the shower as well. I will definitely be buying the shower head for the renovation on our front bathroom from her again next week.

The media could not be loaded.  Had to completely rebuild a bathroom which is a very expensive undertaking . I compared many shower fixtures , and some of them were in the thousands . I read the reviews on this particular make and decided to order based on the fact that their fixtures are beautifully made , finished and look . I am delighted . My contractor who installed was very impressed with the weight and quality of the components . I love the color ! We had some questions during the install due to my irregular bathroom walls ( not their product, ) and their customer service was extremely responsive snd helpful . They even shipped me an extra piece to match the existing hardware .I am extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend this fixture . They guarantee their quality components . A very good buy .
