Totally love this set. We were able to relocate the on off know closer to the shower opening with ease. Ran pex pipe which was very simple. I am no contractor by any means. Easy to switch between the 2 heads. Pressure is good coming out of the rainfall head. The smaller head has few different settings and all are not to harsh on the skin. Easy to clean with simple cleaners. Sprays consistent. Great value for the price.

This is the BEST shower system, I love it SO much!!! I researched ALL the shower systems that Amazon sells plus looked at Wayfair, Build.com etc. and this is by far the shower system that gives you the most for your money, so look no further! Here's why it is so great: 1) This shower system allows for dual functionality: which means you can have the tub running AND use the handheld shower paddle at the same time. Oddly, this is not the case for most of the shower systems out there! 2) The handheld shower paddle is so awesome! It offers 3 different settings - rain, rain/stream, and a higher-pressure stream. Also, it is a big "paddle' which means it delivers a wide width of spray, whereas many of the other shower systems have a shower "wand" which kind of looks like a bar or stick, and doesn't offer as much functionality. 3) The tub faucet and shower head are great too! The water comes out of the tub faucet like a waterfall, it is so beautiful. I really love the shower head too. It is a super relaxing "rain" shower head that is a good size and also has strong water pressure. 4) Finally, the entire system is sturdy, well-constructed and yet so very elegant! You will literally feel like you're at the four seasons! I cannot say enough good things about this shower system! It truly is the BEST!

Very nice shower system! I purchased it in Brush Nickel and it looks beautiful!Unfortunately I had an issue after I installed the backer board because the tub I bought had had a two step flange to accommodate a tub surround. The only solution I could come up with was to add an extra layer of board to bring it flush to the tub. Unfortunately that caused the valve to be to deep in the wall. I contacted Customer Service and the are going send me an extension kit to fix my mistake which is rare for company's to do. I will definitely buy from this company when I remodel our second bathroom.

Everything works great and looks good. The biggest complaints I have and it kills me ever time I take a shower is that the valve is not straight. The Bubble level that's built in was not accurate and caused the valve and trim to be a little crooked. If you do get this kit make sure you use your own level and do not rely on the pre installed bubble

I bought this shower system because I loved how it looks. When I had it installed the plumber had everything ready to connect left off the shower fixture and handle cover because the bathroom was stripped to the studs and they would have to be removed to put up the walls and tile the shower surround. He also stated that this is a very nice system. Once the tile was up I had no problem attaching anything except the cover plate for the on/off and diverter knobs. I could not get the knobs off (the Allen wrench that came with the kit had disappeared I did not realize that and the one I was using was too large.) It took a couple of days to figure out the problem but customer support was excellent, even to the point of telling me if I broke anything trying to get the handle off, they'd replace it. Thankfully it didn't come to that. The shower is looking and working great. I especially love the relaxing rain shower and also having a hand shower.

Great customer service. Had a little issue, fault of our installer and the company responded promptly and sent us the part to correct the issue. The fixture is beautiful and works great!
