Great Quite fan
I love the quietness of the fan. Most fans only have about four speeds, but this has 12 different speed levels, which is great! So far, I am satisfied with the purchase. The price point is high, but it is worth the cost for the level of clear air and the different functions.

The best fan I’ve owned
I had this fan back in the UK and as we move into the hotter months again in SoCal the normal tower fans were not cutting it. This fan does something magic in how it circulates the air and the room feels so much cooler. The eco mode is great and makes me feel like the fan is doing the work to adjust the speed versus having to figure it out myself. I want to buy another for the other bedroom.

Positively outstanding performance, good useability, OK appearance, ridiculous and ugly remote
Firstly, this is absolutely amazing from a purely functional standpoint. At the low settings, it's not silent due to the whir from the AC motor, but I will absolutely tune it out and forget about it in the next few days. But at max setting (12), it's a beast! It blows as much air as a cheap piece of junk Lasko box fan, in a much smaller form factor. However, this impressive performance does mean that it is not tiny. It is not a glorified desk fan, and it won't fit most windowsills. Also, the appearance, capacitive control panel, and remote controller (in increasing order) leave a bit to be desired. Firstly, the appearance is not good; it's a confusing clash of multiple styles. It doesn't bother me that much, but don't expect to marvel at a beautiful design. Next, the control panel. It's all-capacitive, which is annoying and disappointing especially given the lack of waterproofing. But finally, the remote controller. This is the pain point of the product. Firstly, it uses the shoddiest IR transmitter/receiver that I've ever used. It supposedly works up to two meters away, but any obstruction completely blocks the signal. It also doesn't work when magnetically attached TO THE FRONT OF THE FAN, in front of the cavity with the company's ugly logo. So you have to choose between an ugly hole with an ugly logo at the visual focal point of the fan, or permanently putting the remote controller out of service to make it marginally less ugly, and confuse any guests when they try to press the "control panel" and it 1) doesn't work, and 2) makes the fan rock back and forth on its loose rotator track.Notably, the manual includes disassembly instructions to clean the blades. It requires a screwdriver for no good reason, but thought was put into it which is nice to see.It also comes with a two year limited warranty on defects. But according to the policy, third-party servicing voids it.The power cord is strangely short. About 1-1.5m (less than 6 feet). It's polarized and it's fused on the plug, which is nice to see. The fuse door opens easily.
